Holocaust denial is a widespread phenomenon in the Western world, as well as in some Arab countries. Various so-called scholars and academics, the most notable of whom is David Irving from Great Britain, assert that the Holocaust never happened and six million Jews were not murdered by the Nazis. These lies and fabrications are disseminated in books, journals, conferences and on numerous Internet websites. This booklet analyses the phenomenon of Holocaust denial and provides suggestions on how to counter it. The CD is a collection of resource materials intended for the educator. It has 24 primary source documents from the Holocaust that are in English, German and Russian that were written by Germans, Jews, Poles, Russians and Americans concerning the destruction of the Jews and their response to the mass murder.
