חומרי לימוד לפי סוגי תוכן

התערוכה נותנת ביטוי לקולן הייחודי של הנשים היהודיות בשואה, לבחירותיהן ותגובותיהן, למול הרוע, הקשיים והאכזריות עמם נאלצו להתמודד.

בתערוכה מוצגים תשעה נושאים מחיי היומיום של האשה היהודייה, כאשר כל נושא מלווה בסיפור אישי: אהבה, אימהות, הטיפול באחר, נשיות, התנגדות, חברות, אמונה, אוכל ויצירה.

התגובות מובאות אלינו בקולן של הנשים המספרות, וכך חושפת התערוכה את הסיפור האישי שמאחורי הסיפור ההיסטורי, ומחלצת את הנשים על קולותיהן ותווי פניהן מקרב הרוב הדומם.

The winning poster in the ""Designing Memory"" competition, an ongoing initiative of Yad Vashem together with the Israel Ministry of Public Diplomacy. The winning design, created by graphic artist Vlada Shimanovsky, was selected by a distinguished panel of artists and Holocaust education experts out of almost 200 entries, and is being distributed and displayed across Israel to mark Yom HaShoah 2021.
